  Restaurant is awful BUT everything else is great. Great maid service. Great concierge. Laundry. Pool. Poor beach though. Great staff. I’ve been there three times and love it.

  Marriots Playa Andalusia is a fantastic luxury place to stay on the Costa del Sol. The customer care is the best you can find. Beach is next door.

  There were 7 of us who stayed in the 3 bedroom villa in November. We had the best time and had plenty of space for all of us without feeling crowded. There is an Aldi a block away and we walked there every evening to come back and cook our meal in the villa. There was everything in the kitchen that we needed, including an immersion blender. Nice touch! So now on to the reason I am writing this review. The concierge and front desk staff are the definition of exemplary customer service. I am a Platinum member and have stayed in Marriotts all over the world and this resort has, by far, the best customer service I have ever experienced. Their concierge took so much time to give us tips and explain our different options, mark up maps for us and answer endless questions about our multiple day trips. The directions cards that are available in the lobby for the surrounding towns are invaluable and a very welcome touch. We had a snafu with our car where we had to have it towed and the front desk had three different people all helping us with the language barrier when calling the towing company and car rental company. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you for a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back.
