  Do no use this company! Nacex did not inform me about a commission charge That would incur if they picked the item up from the sender. We used the Arroya De La Miel office to arrange the collection, here the admin staff took down my mobile number incorrectly which I found out upon following up with the status of the delivery days later and the item hadn't even been picked up yet! On the 5th day I had a missed call and when I returned the call the delivery driver had said he was in the next town which was Estepona! I then said I would collect this from the next town myself as I could see there was going to be further delays (apparently the admin staff entered my address also incorrectly as well as my contact number) Now the problem I have with the Estepona office is when arriving to collect this at the office when we questioned having to pay full costs for the delivery service that was not given, the branch the Manager was hostile and argumentative saying they were a franchise and it was not their problem. When the Estepona office then called the Arroyo De La Miel office they tried to pass the blame on the 'client (me) giving the wrong address' Unbelievable. No apology offered from either side and full payment for the item, non informed commission and bad service had to be paid else the Estepona office threatened the item would be returned to the original sender. This is supposed a courier service and they are anything but!! Appalling customer service.

  Fuengirola branch - same company though. A total disgrace. Unbelievably unprofessional. Awful customer service - said they would return the call, but never did - I have been trying calling them back since two pm, it is now 4.30 and my calls remain unanswered.

  As soon as I knew the cards were - supposedly - coming today I set up a meeting in a spa in Marbella. Can someone please tell me: WHERE ARE MY CARDS? I am so angry I could punch the driver and the telephonist at the same time... and I am a woman, a very angry woman.

  VISTAPRINT UK - I truly hope you are reading this!!! there are so many delivery companies you could use, why did you have to engage the most useless one?
