  And while you're looking for them, keep an eye out for the poetry plaques,part of the Ruta de la Poesia (Poetry Walk), and of course the giant murals - there's one right here in the Calle Guadiaro - which are part of the Ruta de los Murals (Murals Walk).

  Further down the pedestrian Calle Guadiaro (If you can resist stopping in one of the bars and restaurants for a drink, some tapas, or a full-blown meal) you'll see a stone statue, then finally one which is a stone head with metal.

  The other statues are here and there around the town, generally near an interesting point: the Plaza Blas Infante in front of the Archeological Museum, near the Bullring and Ethnographic Museum; in the Plaza de las Flores, in the Calle Real/Calle Terraza main shopping streets, along the Paseo Maritimo seafront promenade.

  At the top is a (deliberately) rusted metal representation of the Cross. Many of the Holy Week processions start just here in the Parroquia de Nuestra Señora del Carmen - that big pink building.

  The museum is the whole town, which is dotted with sculptures of various types and by different artists. Stone, metal, and a mixture of the two. The Calle Guadiaro is a good place to start as its three sculptures include all three!
