  Cars are clean and as described on phone. You can pick or drop the car in Estepona or Malaga Airport very easily. No insane pricing conditions on gas or insurance.

  Great locally situated rental car with pick up etc at the airport or the train station in Malaga. Cars cannot be driven out of Andalucia... Very practical for those living in Estepona. Good cars and nice staff. Just wish their prices were a tad lower in low season.

  Every year when I come to Spain I use Espacar. Last time at Gibraltar and this time Malaga. They are better than good. The process is simple. There is no upselling and the cars are excellent - always new and beautifully clean. The fuel situation is simple and they are incredibly honest as I found out this year. The service is excellent and I have to say this year after doing a lot of comparing of other rental companies I realised that Espacar are far and away the best in terms of value for money and service. I will certainly use them again.

  After reading many horrifying accounts of car hires gone wrong in Spain, I decided to take the plunge and go with Espacar instead of a mainstream company- and I'm glad I did! Their representative met us at the airport, took us to our brand new Clio, wrote down a few details (and took note of a couple of bumps and scratches we found on the car) and off we went. No fuss, no insurance upsell, and no waiting around in long queues. The representative was waiting for us when we returned the car, and even though we were half an hour early this wasn't a problem. Would recommend :)
